Munich around 11, next stop – Neuschwanstein!!! After that we headed to Zurich & were greeted with a raclette dinner, a Swiss specialty, in addition to Swiss wine & great conversation with our hosts. Anyways, I’ve wanted to see this castle
ever since I was little & obsessed with Disney & princesses :) We parked the car at the bottom of the
hill/mountain & then took a bus halfway up. Part of the castle was under
reconstruction, but I knew that ahead of time. The walk up was gorgeous - the
trees reflected the change of seasons, the sky was a clear blue, and you could
hear all sorts of languages around you.
Basically - a dream.
